- The mission of Prep2Prep is to provide opportunities for students interested in journalism to cover high school sports at their own and at neighboring schools. Since our inception, hundreds of students have gone through our program and wound up at some of the finest universities in the nation.

Sophomore Adam Foeler threw a one-hit shutout to lead Santa Cruz to a 6-0 victory over Piedmont Hills in the CCS Division 4 baseball championship Thursday night at Excite Stadium in San Jose. It was the second CCS championship in program history for the Cardinals, who are the No. 8 seed in the NorCal Division 3 playoffs and will travel to Roseville Tuesday.
