P2P SS Boys Basketball Honors
Chino Hills' LaMelo Ball is the SS Sophomore of the Year.

SS Sophomore of the Year
LAMELO BALL, CHINO HILLS

The third of the spectacular Ball brothers, LaMelo established himself as one of the top sophomores in the country, averaging 26.7 points per game. Chino Hills came up just short of a state title, but finished 30-3 overall and were consistently ranked among the top five teams in the nation by most services.

With LiAngelo taking over for trailblazing one-and-done brother Lonzo at UCLA, the Chino Hills stage is all LaMelo's next season as he figures to be one of the highest scoring guards in the country.

NOTE: We would like to thank our media partners, coaches, parents, players and fans for contributing photos for our all-section features. We salute all of the players that have made this a wonderful season of SS basketball.
