WCAL powers Saint Francis and Archbishop Mitty remain at the top of the rankings with BVAL leader Lincoln in hot pursuit. Meanwhile, Menlo continues to dominate the WBAL and move up in the latest Prep2Prep CCS Top 25.

Sophomore Jaden Peercy scored both goals in a 2-0 win over Bellarmine to keep Saint Francis atop the WCAL. The Lancers face Sacred Heart Cathedral and Valley Christian this week.

Mountain View got past Fremont and Palo Alto to improve to 13-1 overall, 6-0 in the SCVAL-De Anza. The Spartans host Gunn Wednesday.

Lincoln increased its lead in the BVAL-MH to six points with a 2-1 win over Mt. Pleasant. The Lions take on Westmont and Leland this week.

Mitty hammered Archbishop Riordan and Valley Christian to improve to 6-1 in WCAL and remain a point behind Saint Francis in the title chase. The Monarchs take on St. Ignatius and Bellarmine this week.

Aragon holds a one-point lead over Burlingame in the tight PAL-Bay race. The Dons visit Burlingame and Menlo-Atherton this week.

Carlmont tied both Aragon and Menlo-Atherton last week and now finds itself four points behind first-place Aragon in the PAL-Bay. The Scots will try to make up ground with trips to Sequoia and Half Moon Bay this week.

Burlingame knocked off Menlo-Atherton and Half Moon Bay to move within a point of first-place Aragon in the PAL-Bay. The Panthers host Aragon and Sequoia this week.

Alisal picked up a key 1-0 win at rival Alvarez to move back into first place in the tight PCAL-Gabilan race. The Trojans visit Greenfield Thursday looking to avenge a 4-3 loss January 3.

Senior Edward Velazquez scored 2 goals as Serra defeated Sacred Heart Cathedral. The Padres take on Bellarmine and St. Ignatius this week.

Menlo improved to 6-0 in the WBAL and has outscored its opponents 30-2 following a pair of shutout wins last week. The Knights host Harker Friday afternoon.

Leigh posted big wins over Willow Glen and Prospect to improve to 3-3 in the BVAL-MH. The Longhorns have three matches this week - two against winless Leland and one against rival Branham.

Bellarmine dropped to 2-3-2 in the WCAL with a 2-0 loss to first-place Saint Francis. The Bells take on Serra and Mitty this week.

Pioneer swept Del Mar and Overfelt to move to 5-0 in the BVAL-ST West, opening up a 5-point lead over second-place Silver Creek. The two teams meet Thursday at Silver Creek.

Senior Mike Vick had a goal and an assist in a 3-1 win over Saratoga as Los Gatos remained perfect in the SCVAL-El Camino. Los Gatos takes on Monta Vista and Milpitas this week.

Senior Lucas Nguyen had 2 goals and an assist in a 5-1 win over Los Altos. Santa Clara takes on Fremont and Palo Alto this week.

Sophomore Omer Shalon scored 2 goals in a 5-1 win over Homestead as Los Altos rebounded from a 5-1 loss to Santa Clara earlier in the week. The Eagles face Palo Alto and Homestead this week.

Seaside tied both of its games last week and now finds itself in sixth place in the PCAL-Gabilan despite suffering only two defeats all season.

Menlo-Atherton only managed a point last week and now finds itself nearly out of the PAL-Bay title race. The Bears host Half Moon Bay and Aragon needing all six points to remain in contention.

Westmont moved into second place in the BVAL-MH with a 1-0 win at Willow Glen Saturday. The Warriors take on Lincoln before a rematch with Willow Glen this week.

Pajaro Valley beat King City 1-0 to pull within three points in the PCAL-Mission title race. The Grizzlies take on Rancho San Juan and Salinas this week.

Homestead split its matches last week, beating Palo Alto before losing to Los Altos. The Mustangs face Gunn and Los Altos this week.

Harbor improved to 3-0 in the SCCAL with wins over San Lorenzo Valley and Soquel. The Pirates visit Aptos and Santa Cruz this week.

Aptos fell off the pace set by Harbor in the SCCAL with a 3-2 loss at home against Soquel, but the Mariners get a shot at the first-place Pirates Wednesday.

Del Mar lost for the first time in league play, falling 3-0 at Pioneer. The Dons host Oak Grove Thursday.

Christopher marched into sole possession of first place in the BVAL-ST East with 3-0 wins over Live Oak and Ann Sobrato. The Cougars host Andrew Hill Thursday.
