    Crum strike leads Los Altos past top-ranked Mitty

    Sophomore Allie Crum scored a wonder goal late in the first half and Los Altos held on for a 1-0 win over top-ranked Archbishop Mitty in a Central Coast Section Division II semifinal playoff match Wednesday night at Pioneer High School. With the win, the Eagles (13-5-3) advance to the championship Saturday (10 am, Valley Christian) against St. Francis (18-3-1), a 4-0 winner over Burlingame.     Sophomore guard Jayme Hughes scored 15 points to lead Mountain View to a 44-36 win at Los Altos Wednesday night in a key Santa Clara Valley Athletic League El Camino Division girls basketball game.
