Prep2Prep California All-Star Classic set for August 30

Prep2Prep is excited to announce that the Prep2Prep California All-Star Classic, a two-game event that will feature 48 of the top men's basketball prospects in the state, will take place August 30 at Las Positas College in Livermore.

Two games will be held, pitting the top players from Northern California against their Southern California counterparts. The first game, scheduled for a 1:30 PM tipoff, features players from the 2017 graduating class. That will be followed by a matchup of the NorCal vs. SoCal 2016 graduating classes at 3:30 PM.

At this date, players scheduled to appear have drawn interest and/or commitments from schools like Arizona, Auburn, Cal, Gonzaga, Kansas, Kentucky, Marquette, Maryland, Memphis, NC State, Oregon, San Diego State, St. Mary's, Texas, UConn, UCLA, UNLV, USC and Washington.

Among the college-committed players scheduled to compete in the event are Moreau Catholic forward Oscar Frayer (Cal), Cathedral guard Milan Acquaah (Washington State), Corona Centennial center Ike Anigbogu (UCLA) and power forward Jalen Hill (UCLA), Chino Hills guards Lonzo and LiAngelo Ball (UCLA) and Foothills Christian forward TJ Leaf (Arizona).
