The UIL released the state softball pairings on Sunday.
The state semifinals start Thursday and continue through Friday. Games will be played McCombs Field on the University of Texas campus in Austin.
In Class 6A, Atascocita (30-6) will take on Keller (30-7) at 3 p.m. Friday, followed by a matchup between Pearland (31-6-1) and Weslaco (33-7) at 6 p.m.
In Class 5A, Angleton (32-4) will take on Gregory Portland (31-3) at 9 a.m. in the only 5A game involving a Houston school.
In Class 4A, Needville (25-15) will matchup against Paris North Lama (28-7) at 12 p.m. Thursday.
All state finals games will be played on Saturday with 4A starting at 10 a.m., 5A at 1 p.m. and 6A at 4 p.m..
