1 (1) Amador Valley 15-0

The Dons outscored Cal and Foothill by a combined 22-3 margin in the past week.

Ashley Lotosynski stopped a 0-for-13 spell with two hits versus Cal and a homer and five runs batted in against rival Foothill.

2 (2) Archbishop Mitty 17-0

The Monarchs have won 37 straight WCAL games after recording a nice 6-1 home win over Presentation on Tuesday. Desiree Severance struck out 10 and allowed just three hits.

3 (3) Alhambra 13-2

The Bulldogs won their 42nd straight league game with a 3-0 win over Dougherty Valley, which was 4-0 in league. Erin Enke struck out 13 and allowed just one hit.

4 (6) Carlmont 16-3

Rebecca Faulkner pitched a six-inning no-hitter and also had three hits of her own in a 12-0 win over Burlingame on Thursday.

5 (4) Granada 13-2

6 (7) Leland 12-3

The Chargers suffered a loss to Mt. Pleasant, a team they had beaten twice, but recorded big wins over Pioneer and Soquel.

Lexi Belligan homered and Holly Geranen had two hits and tossed a six-hitter in the 5-4 win over Pioneer.

7 (8) James Logan 14-2

Junior Deanne Garza is 15 for her last 24 and now holds a .524 batting average.

8 (5) Pioneer 15-3

The Mustangs 14-game win streak concluded but they did respond with their eighth shutout of the season in a 5-0 triumph over Santa Teresa.

9 (12) San Ramon Valley 11-3

The Wolves have won five straight and have a great shot to win more than 15 games for the first time since 2007.

10 (13) Carondelet 9-6

In a 8-6, 11-inning win over Granada, sophomore Giovy Webb doubled, tripled, and drove in five runs.

11 (14) Valley Christian-San Jose 12-4

Brynne Fitzpatrick not only pitched a three-hitter and struck out 10 in a 4-1 win over Notre Dame-Belmont but also homered and drove in three.

12 (10) Hillsdale 11-3

Sophomore Eryn McCoy has allowed just three earned runs in 47.2 innings.

13 (9) Foothill 9-6

14 (15) San Benito 9-2

The three-time CCS champions have won five straight and Suzy Brookshire had four hits in a 5-0 win over Salinas on Tuesday.

15 (16) Notre Dame-Salinas 17-2

Junior Sarah Muzik has a .525 average and has at least one hit in all but one game this season.

16 (17) Soquel 13-4

The Knights suffered two losses in the past week but are the only unbeaten in SCCAL play after a 3-0 win over San Lorenzo Valley. Anna Gurr struck out seven and allowed three hits.

17 (18) Newark Memorial 14-2

The Cougars have won nine straight and allowed 18 runs during that time.

18 (19) Notre Dame-Belmont 14-5

The Tigers run of five straight shutouts ended with the loss to Valley Christian but Notre Dame bounced back with a 3-2 win over St. Ignatius.

19 (20) Presentation 15-5

The Panthers may have lost to Mitty but Lorena Ukanwa was a triple shy of the cycle in a 12-2 victory over Notre Dame-San Jose on Monday.

20 (11) Livermore 8-8

21 (21) Wilcox 14-5

The Chargers have won six straight.

22 (22) St. Patrick-St. Vincent 17-2

23 (23) Heritage 9-4

24 (25) Salesian 9-1

25 (NR) Mt. Pleasant 10-7
