Junior Isiah Kendrick ran for five touchdowns as Serra scored three touchdowns in each of the first three periods in a 64-21 win over visiting Mitty Friday night in a WCAL battle.
The Padres (4-2, 3-0 WCAL), ranked No. 3 in CCS by Prep2Prep, scored all of their points in the first three periods and led 43-14 at halftime as No 5 Mitty was never in the game. Kendrick picked up his five touchdowns and 136 yards rushing on just 12 carries. Junior Luke Bottari completed 11 of 13 passes for 110 yards and a touchdown and also ran for 77 yards and two scores.
Serra, which has outscored its WCAL opponents 157-21, looks to continue its roll Friday night at St. Francis (4-2, 2-1). Mitty (4-2, 2-1) travels to Sacred Heart Cathedral (4-2, 1-2) Friday night.
